I’ll get right to the point, I am the Gal that loves and prefers the in-person interview (and you should, too!) but I understand that phone screens are still pertinent in the hiring process of many jobs. They are conducted as a way for companies to narrow down a pool of candidates before bringing them in for in-depth conversations.
